Tried to be good today and decided to take the initiative to arrange a group meeting via fb wall, after I had to skip the last session. Unfortunately, the in-charge found out about it from another group mate and asked why we were meeting without informing her.

Felt unjust upon hearing this but I had to (immediately) consciously remind myself that I did not hear her full conversation and that I had to refrain from jumping into conclusions, something that I picked up while doing OD at work.

Stay Calm & Carry On. I love this phrase. Constantly reminds me to keep steady, not to flare up and I guess, just carry on doing the right things.
