Geometry: studying the relative position of figures and the properties of space.

The windows are opened 45 degrees. The shadows casted indoors are long. I see a figure near the window, across me but the relative distance between our hearts is wide apart.

The span of years between the first inhabitants of this house and me is vast but it almost feels as though I saw the Queen sitting here sipping tea just a moment ago…
